Update from Troy on his new role: "I am learning a lot and I come home tired and dirty every day! I love being able to support my family!"
After serving with the United States Army, Troy returned to Fulton County to further his education in a Northwest State Community College workforce program. Troy connected with MoveUp Ohio as a student and participated in our career assessment and coaching.
Through MoveUp Ohio, Troy was able to overcome barriers related to transportation. Our grant helped Troy repair his car and get him back on the road to success!
Since his work with our program, Troy has graduated with his certificate in Industrial Maintenance and has landed full-time employment with Haas Windows and Doors. Troy has upskilled his career and is supporting his family!
