Fueled by a desire to help young people find their place in the world of work, Pam has spent the past 15 years helping high school students and young adults discover their talents, interests and launch a career. She has been able to focus on this work during her time with the Associated General Contractors of Northwest Ohio, the Toledo Regional Chamber of Commerce and as an independent contractor. Prior to her time in workforce development, she worked in the fields of non-profit fundraising and journalism.

With MoveUp Ohio, she covers Lucas, Wood, Fulton, Henry, Williams and Defiance Counties. She lives with her family in South Toledo and is a proud Scout & marching band mom. She serves as a member of the Scouts BSA Erie Shores Council Executive Board as Vice President of Administration.

Taylor is a graduate of Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is a North Central Ohio native and currently resides in Bellevue, OH. Taylor started her early career working with foster youth in the child welfare system and quickly fell in love with helping people and her community. After trying to find just the right fit for her, Taylor comes to Future Plans with a wealth of knowledge from not only the social work field, but also working in the banking and customer service industries.

Taylor has a passion for learning about the world and meeting people of all different cultural and social backgrounds. This being said, Taylor has worked professionally with high school exchange students previous to joining the Future Plans team and has even hosted 5 students herself from different cultures. In her spare time Taylor enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends, and pets.
